Coco Palm, Gros Islet

At Coco Palm, the rooms may not be the most modern with dark mahogany furniture in classic hotel style, but they are incredibly clean, nice, and spacious. The bed is super comfortable and huge, making it a great place to rest. The service received was very family-oriented and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The location is fantastic, being very close to the mall, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Dining options offered a variety of delicious dishes, with traditional and local flavors that were delightful. The facilities at the hotel were well-appointed and catered to all needs, making the stay very comfortable.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a decent room size with a small balcony, all in a separate building. The rooms were always clean, but not without fault. The service was excellent and friendly, with a welcoming reception and bar staff always ready to assist. The location was great, right on the Rodney Bay strip with numerous dining options nearby, although some felt it was overdeveloped. The dining offered was good but pricey compared to other nearby choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.

The hotel is conveniently located near local discothèques and bars, offering spacious and well-furnished rooms with very comfortable king-size beds. While the noise from nearby bars on weekends can be disruptive, my wife seemed unaffected by it. Away from the bar noise, the rooms provide a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers clean and fairly good-sized rooms with a mixture of UK & US style plugs. The service is top-notch, with staff showing great sympathy and readiness to assist in various situations. The location is perfect for exploring bars, shops, and restaurants in the Rodney Bay area, and the beach nearby is stunning. The dining experience offers a choice of fresh fruits and grilled fish. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were lovely, really clean and spacious, equipped with everything I needed. The service was incredible, the staff were so friendly and genuine. The location was perfect, close to the beach and many great restaurants. The dining experience was unmatched, with delicious dishes. Overall, a fantastic choice for a holiday.
